Two weeks to MMS launch: animating the deploy sequence

MMS is the Magnetospheric MultiScale (MMS) Mission, a cluster of four identical spacecraft which will be launched together and fly in nearly identical orbits to make unprecedented measurements of the Earth’s magnetosphere.  They’re stacked like a layer cake in Florida, ready to be mated to the Atlas V rocket that will fling them into orbit.  And how will that delicate procedure go?  Well, NASA’s got an animation to tell you.  😉
