Soyuz has arrived

Well, it arrived last night, but now I’ve got pictures.  😉  The uphill climb was largely uneventful, with a flawless docking, but there was one bit of consternation due to the port-side solar array not deploying properly:



But this has happened three times before and hasn’t been a showstopper, so they pressed onwards:

Soyuz TMA-17M docked to the Rassvet module on the nadir of the space station.  This module serves as a docking port and a storage compartment.

Meanwhile, a Delta IV launched from Florida with a military commsat on board.  It’s still climbing; I’ll post video of that once it hits YouTube.
