Toby Froud’s lovely little tribute to David Bowie

During shooting his recent film “Lessons Learned”, Toby Froud and his team of puppeteers did an impromptu version of “Dance Magic” from “Labyrinth”, and he posted it last week in memory of David Bowie.  Toby Froud is a puppeteer, owner of Stripey Pajama Productions, and both the name of his studio and the context of this video will become more clear when you realize that he’s the same Toby that Jennifer Connelly was trying to save from the Goblin King in “Labyrinth”.  😉

The movie they were shooting is “Lessons Learned”, which Froud made in partnership with Heather Henson (yes, another child of Jim Henson; she’s the youngest of five and also an accomplished puppeteer).  The movie looks amazing:
